My Vintage Baby Diaper Bags a Hit with Celebrities!

(FRISCO, Texas; June 1, 2007) — (For Immediate Release) Comprehensive Medical Diagnostics (PINK:CMDI) has acquired My Vintage Baby, Inc, a couture infant and children’s wear company. Existing My Vintage Baby shareholders received CMDI shares with an effective date of June 1, 2007. Pursuant to the agreement, the company name has been changed to My Vintage Baby, Inc (PINK:MVBY).
