VP Sales -
Vintage Couture is looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our sales team. The VP, Sales is responsible for designing, updating, and communicating policies and promotions to Stylists
sales force to increase sales and profits of Vintage Couture. Responsibilities include:
- Design Monthly and Quarterly promotions for sales force.
- Design and host company events for sales force to facilitate commitment, loyalty to Vintage Couture as well as serve as
training and public relations events.
- Responsible for maintain, updating, mediating, and enforcing the Stylist Agreement and Compensation Plan.
- Design new sales tools and materials for the Stylists.
- Communicate with the Sales Force monthly/quarterly with policy and company changes as well as changes in the Sales
Force’s direction and focus.
- Responsible for ensuring team remains in budget and continually reducing costs where feasible.
- Other duties as assigned.

Accounting/Financial Analyst -
Vintage Couture is looking for an Accounting/Financial Analyst. This role is responsible for all company bookkeeping and develops critical reports for executives for inventory and financial analysis.
Accounting Responsibilities include:
- Prepare daily and weekly sales report
- Reconcile and record daily cash deposits with company sales software
- Prepare and record month end accrual entries, including Cost of Goods
- Accounts Payable
- Daily updates to monthly cash flow statement to foresee accurate projections
- Review financial statements for accuracy
- Payroll
- Prepare and file payroll and multi state sales taxes
- Year end accounting duties
Financial Analysis Responsibilities include:
- Assist in product ordering and analysis
- Analyze cost of goods , including freight and duties
- Identify key areas to improve company finances
- Oversee liquidation process and reporting
- Receive incoming product shipments and verify accuracy of all invoices
- Maintain vendor contracts
- Prepare and file payroll and multi state sales taxes

Warehouse Operator -
Vintage Couture is looking for A warehouse operator to help increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and shipping orders from our corporate office nationwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Pulling, filling, packing and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a very timely fashion
- Knowledge and foresight to track order status and be able to communicate to customer
- Receive new product shipments, update inventory levels, and maintain inventory through audits
- Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
- Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
- Process returns accurately and coordinate efforts with customer service
- Process a daily inventory report for customer use
- Present a neat and professional image
- Assist in keeping facility secure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Recognizes and understands product numbers and alpha/numeric codes
- Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures
- Able to work independently with some direction
- Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
- Stand/walk for duration of work hours
- Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 40 lbs)
- Other duties as assigned
