The Vintage garments featured are a part of our Special Spring 2009 Vintage Collection made for our online customers. We also have featured our diaper bags and Maternity Tees for those of you who can not find them at your local boutique. Currently those are the only items we are offering online to purchase direct from My Vintage Baby, Inc.

Return Policy
MVB only accepts returns on damaged or mis-shipped items. Returns are accepted only with a pre-approved
Return Authorization number (RA#). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a replacement is needed, it will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise in our warehouse. If no replacement is required, you will be issued an MVB credit to use towards future purchases only.
All sales are final after 10 days. All returns will be accepted at our discretion and all tags must still be on the unworn garment. Items not purchased at full price are considered final sale items, Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact and still attached to the item to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are non refundable. After the 10 days from your receipt of merchandise, MVB will not accept returns for any reason.
MVB will not for any reason exchange products that were damaged after being worn. Many of our products are not intended for rough play or to be pulled and stretched. If damage appears to have occurred as a result of this, neither a refund nor exchange will be issued and product will be returned to the customer.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your credit. Orders shipped with bonus gifts and/or promotions will have the value of the gift/promotion deducted from your credit.
Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received credit within that time please feel free to contact us via email at returns@myvintagebaby.com
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Return Merchandise Process
- Step 1: Email us at returns@myvintagebaby.com with the following information:
- Your packing slip/invoice number
- Date on packing slip/invoice (*it must be within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise)
- Quantity
- Item Number or Sku
- Reason for the return
- Your phone number
- Your full name
- Your ship to (and bill to address if different
- Your email address
- Step 2: An RA# will be emailed to you. If we have questions, one of our customer services representatives will contact you. Pictures of damaged items may be requested.
- Step 3: Write your RA#(s) on the packing slip/ invoice and circle the items you're returning. Write the
RA# on the OUTSIDE of the top of the shipping box.
Note – MVB will not process any returns that are received without a RA# written on the outside of the shipping box.
- Step 4: Please ship the product back to MVB via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse, so use a reliable shipper. MVB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to the merchant at the merchant’s expense.
- Step 5: We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the package with credit information. Please keep in mind that we process your our MVB returns quickly but it can take 30 days for a return to be credited.
